Michelle has been with CyberSearch since 2010. She originally started in the recruiting trenches, but once ownership discovered her ability to be a highly-organized, multi-tasking ninja, she was promoted to the role of Human Resources Manager. When Michelle is not up to her ears in compliance and contracts or pranking co-workers, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Search and Staffing Association and is also co-chair of their Young Professionals and Emerging Leaders committee.
