Real Estate Strategy Consultant
Location: REMOTE
Length: 6+ months

Rate: 100-110/HR all inclusive

• Work on real estate-specific engagements and real estate workstreams as part of enterprise-wide engagements
• Establish client value propositions that tie key strategic and financial metrics
• Be a key team member in driving real estate strategy in both healthy and distressed situations (both baselining and implementation)

Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years real estate industry experience (brokerage, leasing, real estate corporate services, asset management, or similar) required; external consulting experience in a client-facing role in professional services/consulting strong preferred
• Demonstrate proficiency in several of the following areas: leasing, lease fundamentals, deal negotiation, footprint rationalization, real estate corporate strategy, asset management, investment sales, and real estate principles
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration, real estate or another related field; MBA preferred
• Strong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to understand how business model decisions impact operating model design/execution across operations, technology, risk governance, and organizational design
• Comfort with ambiguity and fluid consulting situations
• Regular travel of up to 50% may be required
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Assist in the day-to-day project management and help ensure successful problem formulation, comprehensive analysis, and problem resolution
• Support Managing Director and/or Director in proposal development and other business development activities by leveraging new and existing relationships with C-level executives
